Real Estate Agents (California - Remote Based)

LockCreek is continuously seeking talented new Real Estate Agents to join our team. We operate differently than most real estate brokerages out there by promoting entrepreneurship and incentivizing collective growth. We understand that the strength of our firm comes from our real estate agents and seek to maximize that strength by aligning the interests of our agents with the entire organization. As LockCreek grows, we share that growth with our members.

  • We also understand the cyclical nature of the business, and in turn your income, so we offer the potential for quarterly bonuses based on the growth of LockCreek's divisions. As we continue to grow, we want our members to share in that growth. Our bonus plan includes 50% of the LockCreek's quarterly net income is redistributed to employees and contractors.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Most importantly be a team player and represent client, LockCreek Real Estate, and other LockCreek divisions with the strongest fiduciary care in the industry.
  • Initiate sales and marketing activities, including phone calls, e-mails, online postings and face-to-face meetings, designed to identify and engage prospective new customers.
  • Assess buyer needs, find properties that meet those needs, and act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers.
  • Coordinate with escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and pest control operators to comply with the terms and conditions of purchase agreements before closing dates.
  • Generate official documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
  • Help clients with differentiating between mortgage alternatives to find the best rates and terms.
  • Use tools such as advertising, open houses networking etc. to sell properties; Present purchase offers to sellers.

 

Job Requirements:
  • An unbreakable moral compass and a strong code of ethics.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate with an active California Real Estate Salesperson license.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Have an understanding of percentages, basic finances, and other simple math concepts.
  • Admin and clerical skills needed to manage files and records; Must have basic computer skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, creativity.
  • Possession of Sales and Marketing skills in order to sell effectively.

 


Real Estate Agent / Mortgage Loan Specialist

LockCreek is currently seeking exceptional Real Estate Agents / Mortgage Loan Specialists to join our team. The position gives the flexibility to both sell real estate and originate mortgages. We operate differently than most lenders out there by promoting entrepreneurship and incentivizing collective growth. We understand that the strength of our firm comes from our Mortgage Loan Officers and seek to maximize that strength by aligning the interests of our officers with the entire organization. As LockCreek Lending and LockCreek divisions grow, we share that growth with our members.

  • Help clients with differentiating between mortgage alternatives to find the best rates and terms.

 

Job Requirements:
  • An unbreakable moral compass and a strong code of ethics.
  • A minimum of 1 years of verifiable experience in mortgage banking (loan origination) or 2 years of erifiable experience in real estate with an active BRE and California NMLS license.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Motivation to work independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Superior customer service skills and your own source of referrals from real estate agents, financial planners, attorneys, etc.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, creativity.
  • Possession of Sales and Marketing skills in order to sell effectively.
